Operational Guidelines

Dicoall is a platform for discovering and promoting Discord servers. To protect user safety and keep listings trustworthy, the following standards apply.

1. Servers and Content That May Be Restricted

  • Servers that clearly violate Discord's Community Guidelines or applicable law
  • Promotions involving illegal software, gambling, drugs, phishing, malware, adult content, scams, or similar harmful content
  • Listings that impersonate another person, brand, or community, or otherwise mislead users about ownership or identity
  • Servers primarily focused on high-risk transactions such as account trading, physical goods resale, or speculative recruitment

2. Listing Quality Standards

  • Server name, short description, full description, banner, categories, and age settings must reflect the real server.
  • Keyword stuffing, meaningless text, duplicate posts, and repetitive spam-style promotions are not allowed.
  • Event listings must include clear timing and accurate details. Fake or misleading events may be hidden or removed.
  • Discord webhook URLs should only point to channels you are authorized to manage. Invalid or abused webhook usage may lead to restrictions.

3. Visibility Limits and Enforcement

  • If a server violates policy, Dicoall may request edits, limit visibility, restrict recommendations or event exposure, remove listings, or place the server on a blacklist.
  • Servers with long-term inactivity or outdated information may be excluded from some search or listing surfaces.
  • Repeated violations or attempts to evade moderation may expand enforcement to related listings or operators.

4. Report Handling Scope

  • Website content, including descriptions, images, reviews, and event information, may be reviewed and moderated by the Dicoall team.
  • Internal server activity, including chats, voice activity, moderation disputes, or incidents inside a Discord server, is outside Dicoall's direct enforcement scope and should be handled by the server owner or Discord Trust & Safety.
