Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities related to the use of Dicoall's Discord server discovery, listing, recommendation, account linking, and related services.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the Dicoall website, related APIs, Discord bot features, documentation pages, and connected platform features.
- "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether logged in or not.
- "Member" means a user who authenticates through Discord login and uses features such as server registration, recommendations, settings, or linked services.
- "Submitted Content" means descriptions, images, banners, categories, event information, reviews, and linked data submitted or connected through the Service.
Article 3 (Service Availability)
- Dicoall may provide server browsing, server registration and settings, recommendations and bump features, reviews and rankings, event exposure, and integrations with third-party services such as Patreon.
- Some features may require authentication or proof of management authority for a Discord server.
- Dicoall may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary for operations.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
- Users must have the necessary rights and authority for any Submitted Content and must not infringe the rights of others.
- Users must not submit false information, spam, impersonation, illegal promotions, malicious links, or abusive automated activity.
- Members must comply with the terms of Discord and any linked third-party service used with Dicoall.
Article 5 (Submitted Content)
- Users are responsible for the Submitted Content they provide.
- Users grant Dicoall a non-exclusive right to display Submitted Content on the website, listing pages, rankings, server detail pages, and related promotional surfaces for operating the Service.
- Dicoall may request edits, limit visibility, or remove Submitted Content that appears to violate policy or law.
Article 6 (Restrictions)
- Dicoall may restrict access or features in cases of policy violations, rights infringement, abuse, security risks, or repeated reports.
- Restrictions may include reduced visibility, removal from rankings, removal of content, feature limitations, or blacklisting.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
- Dicoall is not the operator of individual Discord servers and is not responsible for conversations, transactions, events, voice activity, moderation actions, or disputes inside those servers.
- Illegal or unsafe activity inside a server should be reported to the relevant server administrator or Discord Trust & Safety.
- Dicoall does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of user-submitted information and does not mediate disputes between users.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted through the Service or another appropriate public channel.
- Dicoall may revise these Terms as long as doing so does not violate applicable law, and material changes will be announced in advance when reasonably necessary.
- Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
